The thing is he didn't copy and paste it from the Rebels. He thought of the things to put down asked the co-leaders, everyone thought it was reasonable and wrote them down. The whole time he did not go on the rebels page once to do this. Yeah things might be the same because like i said to Tironas that because how much is there to write down we want to know the same things as other people would like to know also if your applying for a clan/team. All i am saying we did not copy at all, all we did was think of reasonable requirements and things we would like to know for joining our clan.
