SURVIVAL GAMES Survival Highway Bug or Cheat

I was playing a Game on Survival Highway and I had climbed the ladders to the top of one of the buildings under construction and when I had got the gear out of the chest I turned to go down the ladder and someone had broke all the ladders, Which further lead to me falling to my death, either someone hacking or bug.
