I think its not one of the bugs that needs fixing right away but should fix someday

I believe this problem is related to your ping (Connection to the Servers/Internet Speed).

It is a lag happens when you have bad ping. (Not sure)

Edited: Is it possible to actually use them?

Not really.. It's pretty unneeded to fix it RIGHT away. The player can't do anything with the stuff anyway.

Sometimes and i really mean rarely this happens. As its practically impossible to reproduce then its hard to fix. Also since you cant do anything with it then its not really a priority with the other issues. TL
