Signatures!

Every time i create my signature it just shows up as the website links, not the photo. In the past it didn't its a recent change.

It has a little link under it which says please read the rules, but the link is broken can someone explain to me how i can do it properly so that my signatures work? Or what the rules are!

it happens to me if i try to add more then i have now, dont know why
