But moderators can be in different regions... Now time to read the thread!
Edit: Read it, I was correct with my guess, moderators can be in different regions, like CA/US etc.

They can be, but it's better if they go for their region.

Apparently it could split staff apart and most staff are able to access all servers.

They can, it's just more convenient so players get to know the staff that mainly moderate their region.
