Player file wiped/reset? Please Help!!

Hi, I logged on yesterday to the US survival server and after a recent map restart due to lag, I lost all my items! I'm not sure if this is a bug but this is literally the worst thing that can happen in my opinion. I logged on, and everything in my inventory AND my ender chest was gone. First I thought, it must have been a server issue since I only noticed my inventory gone. Then I looked in my ,now empty, ender chest and everything was gone! All my riches, diamond, redstone, iron, lapis, coal, you name it. Plus all my diamond amazing enchanted tools. I was told to go to the forums to resolve it since no admins seem to be on the server atm and the main hub admins pointed me here. PLEASE HELP!
I think it must be something to do with the player.dat file that the server stores, as I'm aware that this stores everything, so please help! I'm keen on staying on this server but this just goes over the top!

Did you get banned? It does a similar thing on MCSG, where you're stats are reset. Maybe it resets your players.dat? Just a guess.

I wasn't banned or anything, just kicked like everyone else after the restart, since it takes about 10-15 mins before the server is officially back up. It sends me a message saying something along the lines 'you are not on the whitelist' so I an't join the game. I did join the server few times before the reset, but it was incredibly lagging and I'm not sure if that might have something to do with it. This loss just happened right after the restart to remove lag..

And I thought the same thing. It must be something wrong with player.dat file since I can't think of anything else that could have happened. I played a looong time on the server over the last week since I joined and I just lost all my progress I made since then..

Mmh. Don't really know then. I'd say you just wait for a Moderator/someone else who knows what's going on.

That's what I'm waiting for, a moderator to notice this issue to help me resolve it! I asked a number of times on the server for help but noone can help me! If you can, please bump this or poke a mod or something, that would be really appreciated. Also thanks for the tip, new on forums so kinda a noob

Try not to double-post, use the 'Edit' button in the bottom right of your post and compile them all into one

Yes, I'm hoping that would fix it? As long as it's possible to roll-back my profile to the date it happened (Wednesday 7th August, roughly 7pm UK time). I don't know who to personally contact about this so if you can pass this on, please do. much appreciated

Unfortunately, the server as of now has no rollback function because the process of saving peoples' inventories before rolling back would make the server laggier than it already is, so it's a definite no-no. When I said roll-back, I referred to it as the issue, not as the solution. Sorry!

Oh ok I see now. Would it at least be possible to get my stuff from admins or such? I don't care too much about the enchants I had as I can fairly easily get them back via mob grinding, it's just all the resources I had. I pretty much remember exactly what I had so if I got my stuff back in resources I would be fine with that.

I can give you the approximate list of what I had, if it is possible to spawn it in. I know it's kind of against the rules of survival to ask admins/mods to spawn stuff in but losing everything to some server glitch is stupid. It took really long time to gather those resources, and all I had in my ender chest were those hard to earn resources, and high enchant tools.
