Motion Blur Mod??

Is there any mod that adds motion blur? If so, is it 1.7+ and is a file (it can work with forge by putting .jar file in to "mods" folder)? I would love to have motion blur, WITHOUT shaders, because I love playing with it in other games.

Yea, it's the SEUS Motion Blur shaderspack. But not all shaderpacks have motion blur.

There is a shaders motion blur mod (http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1953873-164-172-sildurs-shaders-pcmacintel/) that doesn't have shaders but has motion blur and wavy grass. I think it is just the simple motion blur one.

EDIT: Sorry for double post, BUT DON'T LOCK! One more question! I was wondering if I could edit the values of the shaderpack so it has less bluriness?

You'll have to look through the thread or ask. Also I think using one of the super secret settings (Phosphor) you can get motion blur.
