Just wait, it can take a while. Reapplying without a response does NOT help your chances in the slightest.

I thought the minimum age is 14, that is what the mod app says...Quick question, will the mod application be available in a month and a half, I turn 14 in one month and a half, and I can't wait to apply ? How often do the mod applications reopen after they close?
