This is a spectator glitch that occasionally happens. To be honest I have no clue how it happens. MoLoToV just so a mod sees this thread

Sometimes, when a player is stuck inbetween player/spectator they experience this. The developers have known about this for quite a while, some day they'll get around to fixing it
