I have been having problems with the chat on all the servers when i send the message it says "can not send chat message" and it would be nice to know why. I don't know if it's my fault or something else. Any suggestions?

You probably have chat turned off. Do /chat on. If that doesn't work contact a Senior Moderator or Administrator.

Go to options and then multiplayer settings and make sure the chat isn't on something like commands only, make sure it's on all chat

That happened to my friend as well, he accidentaly turned the 'Commands Only' mode and he didn't even realise. Just change your chat mode and you should be good. If you have any other questions, feel free to slide into my DMs!
