My friend is trying to click on the forgot password link and the Capcha is not working in order to verify your e-mail

Make sure he has Java script turned on in his browser settings, if you need help doing this just ask. If this does not solve the problem I would recommend exiting out of your browse and using a different one, so if you are using FireFox use Chrome or vice versa.
