Yeah, there is no skill cap, literally Mooclan got to this first.

There is no possible way you can be the VERY best EVERY single time. There are too many factors going all the way down to the very atoms that you're moving.

Also, yes, for normal people skill stuff 1.7, 1.8 destroyed that aspect, and so far, 1.9 is doing that as well.

There is, then the game/server updates, and you need to re-gain up to the cap again. Like with the rumors of 1.9 having shields and stuff, there will be a new level of skill you need to break.
