So recently, I've been experiencing invisible fire out of NO WHERE. I went in on invisible fire a lot of times on iron bars and glass. But then I started to realize that it wasn't legit. I always thought that it was like that in Minecraft, but you just can't place fire on it. I tested it in survival and factions. I also realized that there is invisible fire on grass now? I really don't know someone please explain!

Yeah, there is a random fire on SG2 ontop of some grass, and I ran into it like twice today :/

The issue is that sometimes the map does not reset for the next game. You have probably noticed that sometimes there is fire everywhere before the game even starts. That is from the game before. This means, that if they placed fire on glass in the game before, (when FNS is done on Glass it is invisible) you may just randomly get lit on fire without someone even placing it during your game. The other day on Moonbase I got lit on fire running out of corn at the start of the game, because I didn't suspect fire to be on glowstone that early lol.

I use this quite commonly as a tactic not gonna lie, but it really is a ridicolous glitch.

False, that isnt really a "glitch" as much as it is a texture not loading. MCGamer cannot control this, as in Minecraft grass doesnt count as a full block and placing fire ontop of it doesnt register to the client that fire should be there, hence the invisibleness.

Nonetheless quite an annoying tactic but it has come to my aid many times.

I wonder if there is some possible way to make a resource pack to see invisible fire. (I know you can just have sound on to hear it)
