Nono, I used Max as an example, the point is, they shouldn't really say they judge players by skill and not wins, as they can know players' skill levels only by trialing them.

If you'd really judge by skill and not wins, you'd pay attention more on the detail of the application, rather than wins, andtrial everyone. For example, I know Essentrix or Spax is an experienced and skilled player, but I do get that you'd only accept people who are either known in the clan scene or in the community, as you're all so famous with your what, 1 000 subs? Now, I wasn't trying to be disrespectful with that, it's just that you've missed and you will miss out some good players.

I wasn't trying to flame, I was just trying to get my point through, and my way of doing that is by slightly attacking, I suppose lol x) You do whatever you want, I'm not saying you couldn't do what you're doing right now, the point is don't say you don't judge by wins, when wins obviously implicate the skill level of the applicant, and you will be judging them by their wins or ratio.
