How will the server be going towards? Since it'll be a Panem-themed server, whereby there is the Capitol and the 12 Districts. My first question is, do you live in the wilderness or is there a residential system?
Second question, will we be able to create towns?

I don't think you will be able to build your own town but I do not know the answer to the wilderness and residential question
