HELP WANTED! District 13 Map Idea *PLEASE READ*

So someone posted in the Map Idea's section that they wish to see a District 13 based map, as I have tried to create other movie replica maps (Catching Fire: The Clock) I think this one might be a big hit! Please read, that you must know how to setup a personal server, as for I have no clue on how to do that. We must skyping when you want to build on the map, unless I know that you won't grief. I must also inform you that since I am trying to get into an academy that it'll be difficult for me to get online sometimes, but I'll be able to get on most of the time! I already know what I wish for the map to look like, as I have read the 3rd book of the Hunger Game series about 4 times. (ITS MY FAVORITE BOOK!) If you would like to help here are the requirements!

~REQUIREMENTS~

• Must be over the age of 13
• Must have Skype and a microphone
• Don't be immature
• Sometimes, we can joke inappropriaetly
• Don't be a party pooper
• You must be committed to this map
• ONE OF YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SETUP A PERSONAL SERVER (Hamachi Server)
• Just remember, I'm outgoing, and funny, so don't be mean and rude to other players!

I don't really understand how one builds piles of rubble and nothing else, anyways. Unless you plan to have super computers underground as they did.

It was taken somewhere along the lines.

But anyways. You can still build it. See which one is better.
