Glass dome Question

How do I add a glass dome? Am I suposed to do it or do you do it? Thanks for helping!

Install world edit to your server (you need a server to make a map) and then do this command: //hsphere glass [radius] [height]

However, I would practice your building skills quite a bit before making a map if you don't know how to use world edit (or don't even know what it is).
