I understand that, and I prepared everyone on the teamspeak for the tourny, but he never showed up. I'm not shooting anyone down, and notice I did mention that I didn't see him, who said anything about anyone else.

You kinda did shoot his idea down. And you have to understand that most people can't get on the ts whenever they're needed, they could have irl stuff.. and you put somebody's app on hold saying something about being on the ts for a better chance of getting in, and he'd been on the ts everyday for like a week and a half. I just think you're making some decisions too quickly, I'm not trying to get you mad or anythin' m8; just sticking up for the others

Never shot it down, just I got everyone ready for it, he said he would have it up, but it never happened. No one "needed" him to get on, he brought it upon himself to be on and hold this event. I understand if he had irl stuff, but it can be somewhat annoying to expect something and for it to not happen. Also I happen to be one of the officers, and I am one of the people that make decisions and people like them. Although toxic and stab read the forums and can overrule my decision. Therefore the leaders agree. You also said I put his app on hold, it is not in hold, this is pending. Hold implies that nothing is going on. On the other hand, pending means something is happening, or it is being worked with. You are also somewhat contradictory, saying that I made decisions too quickly, after he's been on according to you for a week and a half, which is considerable amount of time. If I can get evidence of this and learn that the current members enjoy his presence, his trial would be much shorter because if this time, and furthermore accepted. But I do regret saying what I meant to say in harsh words. I am sorry for that, and have nothing against anyone for anything.
