Fastest Christmas Ever?

Title says it all. I feel so weird... I've done a lot of things today but they all seem to just fly by... I hear time doubles it speed each year but we just don't feel it. Merry Christmas!

? I woke up at 7, opened my presents then played Madden 15. It didn't go fast at all.

Time would only 'double' in speed if you were 1 year old and then the next year would be double as fast as the previous, as a year is now half of your life instead of all of it.

So as you get older, a year feels shorter and shorter as it is a smaller fraction of your life lived. I'm 15, so one year feels like 1/15th of my lifetime which is a lot. My grandma however, who is 64, a year feels like 1/64th of her total lifetime so a year seems to go by faster for her as it is a smaller fraction of her life. Weird, huh?

It didn't really go fast. Time feels like it goes faster when you're having fun, so maybe that's why. It was a really slow day for me.

I was out all day with lunches and dinners with family. Time doesn't just fly when you're having fun, it flies when you're eating too!

It didn't exactly go by fast for me, but it felt more like an ordinary day. I didn't really do anything different.
