SURVIVAL GAMES Ender Portal or Nether Portal Bug?

I killed someone and they had a nether portal/ enderportal item when they died.
I was curious so I tried to see what it would do. It did nothing, but I`d still like to report it.
It`s on Alaskan Village. Look at 6:00 in the video..

I don't know that map well but I think you can glitch a piece of a nether portal out of an item frame. I don't think it's a bug, It's just block/entity glitching.

Yes, that's the case. I helped make Alaskan Village and put a nether portal block in a itemframe as I thought it looked cool as some sort of monitor.
