Converting a texture pack- resource pack.

So, there's this texture pack- http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/769733-32x64x151-defined/page__st__580 and I LOVED IT in 1.5. But I was wondering if it was possible for any old person to convert them to resource packs. If that is possible I would greatly appreciate if someone could update that for me.

Its pretty easy only problem is that im on a mac. Theres no tutorial for mac ._.
