stop accepting hoppers I honestly couldnt care if we had 4 people on our roster that were loyal and didnt leave when one thing dosent go their way.
Work out a trial process to make sure people are dedicated, its honestly annoying to see people get officer or respected more in the clan when they have been in it for a a few hours or even a day and then they just hop to a knew clan.

next time someone gets auto accepted or auto elite/officer and then leave within a few days im leaving, find a way to get loyal members your a smart giy im sure you'll figure it out Zovaa | Passes
