Being removed from games?

So in every game I join I either get kicked at the beginning of the game or at a random time during the span of the game. I'm assuming anyone can find this quite annoying because well it is. But is there any way to fix this "bug"

it's only when I play on the MCGamer Network.

This issue is only in 1.9 so if you try using any other version it should work correctly.
