Bad Clan Experiences

So I recently joined a clan on trial and was accused of hacking and made fun of because I was not familiar with many "PvP" terms. I found this clan ,which I will not name, very unprofesional from being ignored to being joked about. I believe clans should be friendly and a place to communicate with others that will help you progress and improve your pvp skills...not the opposite. Has anyone else had bad clan experiences? Plz share.
