I've been trying to start a YouTube gaming channel and I can't seem to find the right software to record. I tried Fraps (only 29 seconds of recording), Hypercam (starts lagging on audio after a while), and Debut (the video wouldn't show up). Any ideas on how to improve the previous programs or suggest a new one would be very much appreciated! <3

@Theoretical uses a pretty good one but I can't seem to remember what it is... It's free. I think it's called OBT or something like that.

Use Open Broadcaster ("OBS"). It's free, and works beautifully on a bad PC. The only downside is it's a bit difficult to figure out.

Well try and use Dxtory that's what I use! You can record in 30 fps but play on the max fps that your computer can run so ya I can record in 120fps and play in 4235fps! ;)

PS:I have a Beast Computer! ;)

You may try find other sources to download fraps as a friend of mine uses fraps in which he did not purchase the product.

Not everyone is willing to pirate software.
I agree, I have purchased screenflow for my mac but it was a suggestion if in any case he does not have any funds to purchase the software.
