I don't know, a ban is a ban. But, I think you may deserve a second shot.

Personally, I've seen several good potential mods not make the cut because of a ban a very long time ago. I'm not sure they do make exception, but you can always still try to apply for mod. I think if you've benefited the community, you deserve a shot. Helping people out on the forums or in-game is a good way to do so. Maybe even contact upper staff regarding if your still eligible for mod. You do need to be 14, to be mod.

Also, grammar. Good English will always make you friends on an online forum.

In my opinion, people don't suddenly mature over a period of a couple of months, too a couple of years, it takes many years to "mature", you can be 19 and still be immature.

Well my friend applied for Mod got denied for 1 ban which was saying YES on eu9001 it was "caps" I thought that was total bull

I got banned for edited evidence but then got unbanned in the same day after the sr mod checked it dose that count (if it dose im going to cry)

If your ban was lifted/appealed successfully then the bans won't count against your record and you should be OK to apply

Maybe English isn't his first language but he's speaking in that language due to there being many English Speakers on the servers.
