I just want to say this to all the people who do this. If you think it is useful to you in anyway to chase the person with the most points the whole game and end up dying without gaining anything because all the other chests on the map were taken by one guy while you were chasing me. Did you know that winning the game usually gets you more points then chasing some guy down the whole game until u kill him or die trying? Why don't you think about that next time you skip sewers and every other tier 2 that hasn't been taken to chase someone who has no items and 1000 points. You don't gain anything out of doing that, because in a few games, you will be back to 0 points because u waste every game trying to kill a high point player. So next time u get the irresistible urge to fist a good player to death, think about how much more you would gain from leaving them alone and winning the game.

Don't spam...

Making a forum post about this probably won't do anything. It's the kids that play MCSG, and make breeze and SG4 overplayed that chase people down the map the whole game. Most of the forum community is either fairly good at MCSG themselves or knows better than to chase people down.

It's very true though, and it's stupid. I chased someone down for like 5 minutes when I knew I didn't need corn refill and the guy I was chasing was pretty much my only threat. It was also revenge for when he betrayed me... But anyways, there are times when it's worth missing the refill and chasing someone.

Yea I just wanted to post this because I've seen many people do it and a lot of them are on the forums (though they aren't well known, they are the kids that go "omg omg omg I got kicked omg it sucks of I hate donors!" and it'd not just the noobs. I was chased by some guy with over 60 wins. It just shows me that people are dumb enough to do it early in the game.

It's probably to get the kill so that deathmatch comes sooner. There is no use going after a person for their stuff because you can't get anything better.

If you can't calculate that you get more points from winning then killing a player with high points then you're too young to be playing MCSG. Period (No offense)

Hmm. Honestly, I think that, within reason, if you have chests to fall back on later that usually aren't raided, getting good players out of the way and winning with just PvP ability against an as-of-now game full of noobs is a sound strategy.

I hate when people chase the higher people for points.
And since this has to do with running, once, in DM, there were 2 guys with bad things. I had iron armor. Full.
I lose all my arrows killing 1 guy. But the last guy runs the game out and nobody wins.
People that run to stall in my opinion are worse than chasers to large bounty point people.
