Ability to View "skip votes" after typing /v:

I think it would be nice to know how many skip votes have been made in the /v screen along with map votes. That's pretty much it.

No, but seriously. It'd be nice to see the skip votes, yeah. Once I'm done with a few things, I'll make a test build with this and possibly a few other fixes and throw it up on a server to test. Beware US1 users...
