#9 - STICK WITH IT. Many reasons why many great potential clans fail is because the leader loses motivation halfway through. Keep in mind that every clan goes through a slow point or a time where you feel disbanding is better than continuing (believe me I've been there). But always stick with it. Give your clan a chance to grow. Just like a plant. Nurture it and constantly care for it and it will grow beautifully.

i cannot stress this enough for another reason. the clans and teams section of the forums is so incredibly spammed by noob clans which are disbanded after a week or 2.
