If I'm not mistaken, you can switch location. I think connecting to wherever the servers are hosted would bring you a more accurate number.
For example, I get around 20-30 ping where I live, but around 100 to Arizona.

That's my speedtest to my state though, going over to other ones would make it WORSE xD
