The last time I timed myself running was in 5th grade, I ran a mile in 7:20.
Now I play baseball, where endurance isn't necessary :3

I haven't done anything recently as I mainly play racquet sports. I used to be able to put a shot over 10m a few years back but it would be further now of course

I used to play squash, tennis and badminton but I now mainly play just badminton.

I was able to non stop sprint a mile, got 4:09. Never have got close again. I can run a football filed in 15 secs
