Maybe we could keep the system we have now and add this as an alternative...?

Perhaps give players the option to buy either one, with different prices for each.
Or, maybe, keep the old system, but implement a single new rank (Or more, idk.) that uses this new idea, and perhaps set it to the same Kick-Priority and Voting levels as an existing rank (Or put it in between two ranks)
