Hello, One mounth ago I bought a lifetime diamond donor on the name " ZaKyPlaysMC " ( Actually named " itagod" )
For error I made a chargeback, I annullated it soon.
So you have my money but I don't have what I paid for.
Please re-put my donor ON, on the name itagod.

In that case I would suggest you to email an admin + re-email [email protected] with proof that you actually bought it.

Well I can understand you that you are annoyed about it, but coming here to the forums with your problem isn't going to speed it up.

Anything that has to do with donations and payments has to go through the support email like Molotov said.
I suggest doing what Nikola said Include all evidence you have to make the situation easier to handle for both parts.
