Microphone Volume?

So, I'm more of a headphone guy, I want only me to hear what I hear ( ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) ) and sometimes there are people in youtube in tutorials that I can't hear them that good, I raise the volume of my headsets to full, the sound of youtube to full, the overall mixer sound and the youtube tab sound, but I still can't here s-. Is there any program that can raise the volume of the computer even more?
