Low hunger whilst spectating

I am spectating and not having a full hunger bar and hearts. I happened when I was fighting a player and the game lagged and forced me to 'Game menu' and I accidentally clicked 'Disconnect'. When I logged back to the server it was like this.
I was on eu14.mcsg,in

Did you loose any more health or it just stayed there?

I've experienced the same glitch. I had 5 hearts as well.

Kind of annoying not being able to sprint as a Spectator, even though we can fly.

I just logged on it was server 8.

Should possibly reset on next game, so I think you are fine.
