Hi, try restarting your game and if that doesn't work, try changing to another game release (e.g. 1.7.2 or 1.6.4) This should work.

Try logging out one more time. Also make sure that your account is a 100% legitimately bought account. If this doesnt work change the profile release as I said before. *Go into edit profile and click release, then got to either 1.6.4 or 1.7.2, whichever you arent currently on.
