Hey guys GentleSnivy here! I've decided to open a League tournament which is you make a team with 5 people in it. Then you go into brackets for Single/Double Elimination and I will open more information later. For now, I'm just posting to inform you all and I hope you get a team ready for this Tournament!

Yes, although you would have to re-obtain all champions, skins, and level up again, from level 1. And you won't have flash or ignite at the beginning
